【导读】Anadigics最近针对WCDMA、HSPA和LTE small-cell应用推出两款PA AWB7122和AWB7124,分别提供16%和14.5%效率,并可在24.5dBm输出功率和30dB RF增益时提供杰出的-47dBc ACPR,这可在更大的覆盖区域内提供更高的数据速率。

2013-2017全球LTE基站投资额的CAGR为36%,其中升级改造是主流。LTE网络建设主要投资集中在基站建设,2013-2015年,全球LTE基站建设数量和投资额均呈现高速增长态势,其中升级改造是各大电信运营商的主流方式。

在LTE基站建设数量方面,根据InfoneticsResearch最新预测,2013年全球LTE基站建设数量达到19.6万个,其中升级改造LTE基站数量为15.2万,新建LTE基站数为4.4万个,2013-2017年全球LTE新建基站数量CAGR为17%,升级改造LTE基站数CAGR为47%。

在LTE投资额方面,InfoneticsResearch预测,2013年全球LTE基站投资额为122亿美元,占比无线投资20.6%,2013-2017年CAGR为36%,其中2013-2015年是LTE投资高峰期。

为了抓住这一波商机,全球领先RF器件供应商Anadigics最近针对WCDMA、HSPA和LTE small-cell应用(包括picocell、企业级Femtocell和高性能客户端设备CPE)推出了两款高集成度和高性能功放(PA) AWB7122和AWB7124,它们分别工作在1805-1880MHz和728-768MHz频段,旨在帮助制造商开发紧凑的无线基础设施解决方案,它们消耗更低的功率和提供更高的吞吐量,已覆盖更大的距离。

ANADIGICS recently introduced two new power amplifiers (PAs) optimized for WCDMA, HSPA, and LTE small-cell applications, including picocells, enterprise-class femtocells, and high-performance customer premises equipment (CPE). 

The AWB7122 and AWB7124operate in the 1805 MHz to 1880 MHz and 728 MHz to 768 MHz frequency band, respectively, delivering exceptional integration and performance to help manufacturers develop compact wireless infrastructure solutions that consume less power and provide higher throughput with greater coverage.
